• Developing bottom-up, comprehensive analyses and tools that map actual or projected cashflows to allow executive teams and boards to scenario test as they plan new services/programs/products, quantify capital needs, or improve existing performance.

• Cultivating strategic thinking, actions, and follow-up by assessing organizational performance and staffing, and promoting an internal culture of accountability, transparency, and teamwork. 

• Assisting governance boards achieve next level oversight and engagement by creating performance-assessment dashboards, defining director roles and responsibilities, facilitating decision-making meetings, and evaluating enterprise processes to ensure alignment of mission to organizational strategy, operations and finances.

• Assessing the organizational structure and interactions including the number of programs, services, locations-facilities and value chain partners to highlight areas of opportunities or underperformance to create organizational (and resource) focus and greater accountability.

• Capacity-building to complement existing staff skills, develop reporting metrics, or to undertake special projects by being the ‘responsible party’ to plan and create timelines, scenarios, facilitate internal unit meetings, memorialize next steps and ensure follow-up tasks are completed timely in a timely manner.
